One of the things that makes me feel sexy is looking at my ass and thighs in lingerie. However, over time, I’ve learned you have to work to keep a sexy figure. Even though I can’t stay young forever, I do know what to do to keep the thighs and ass I love so fondly in tip-top shape. This means I also know some ways to help you achieve the feminine physique you desire!

Exercises for the Sexy Ass and Thighs of a Goddess

These exercises were recommended to me by a personal trainer who acknowledges I was looking to give some workout advice for those looking to enhance their feminine physique. With the goal of getting a kick-ass..well ass and strong amazing thighs.

Squats: Hold something thick and firm just below your chin (a dildo will work), as you come down slowly, make sure your butt goes below your knees and push your legs outward like you’re asking for an invitation. Squeeze your butt cheeks together and with a strong thrust, stand up. Do this 20 times, 10 at first until you feel comfortable to increase to 20 if you don’t exercise often.

Lunges: Have one foot in front of you and one behind, ensure that your torso is upright, and slowly bend the knee behind you so it just barely touches the floor. I hold for 5 seconds and then return to the starting position. The same rule applies: start with 10 but move to 20 if comfortable.

Feminine Physique and Build Muscle

Romanian deadlift: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hold two dumbbells side by side in front of your thighs, hinge at the hips, and lower your torso with a slight bend in your knees, make sure the weight you’re holding remains in contact with your legs as you descend just below your knees. Return to the starting position. These are down in sets of 3 to 4, as 10 reps to start with and build your way up to 20.

Always remember to do some light stretching before and after your workout, and I recommend these exercises at least 3 times a week to help achieve the ass and thighs built for the gorgeous beauty that you are. Again if you are not normally active, start with 10 of each exercise and work your way up. Pushing yourself too fast is not necessary. Change takes time but is always worth it.

Make a Girly Time Out of It

Now exercise may not give you the feminine experience you desire but that doesn’t mean you can’t put in a little extra effort to make it a more girly experience. Let’s talk workout attire. Personally, I have two outfits I tend to throw together during my workout routines. The oversize boyfriend t-shirt and sweats, or the sexy yoga pants and sports bra. Either would work in this case, but remember with running or jumping it’s almost a must for us ladies to have a reliable sports bra!

Don’t forget footwear. Obviously, you should never wear heels when working out, but a cute pair of hot pink tennis shoes or running shoes would definitely give the girly vibe. There are a lot of cute shoes and designs that you can even get that don’t necessarily scream sissy, that you could incorporate in everyday use. So what is there is a little purple or pink mixed into the color, simply an oversight. At least that’s the excuse you could easily use if anyone ever bothered to ask.
