Ms Ann’s steph: I am very honored and delighted to have this opportunity to do this interview with you. Thank you for taking time out of your day. I have been chatting with you for several months now and still recall the fun times in Empress Catherines pub lunches… especially when  I would serve drinks and such especially the body shots on the bar.. giggles….

Ms Ann’s steph: This is an honor for me as you are my first Empress or Mistress to interview, so please forgive me if I seem nervous in your presence as we do this interview….
Empress Constance: not an issue babe

Ms Ann’s steph: I know you are smart, intelligent, sexy and sassy
Ms Ann’s steph: Hope my selections of questions are appropriate, if there are any questions that may not be.. please let me know…. It is my hope that my questions would help tthe  crossdresser, transgender or sissy readers…..

Empress Constance: just go for it honey and don’t worry

Ms Ann’s steph: My first question is , what are your thoughts about having a sissy magazine for sissies and by sissies?
Empress Constance: I think it is a fantastic idea! There is no better person to share tips tricks and ideas with then other like minded people

Ms Ann’s steph: Do you believe Ms Ann’s idea is a wonderful way for sissies to learn more about being girly?
Empress Constance: to be able to hear and read what others just as yourself needs to know or wants to hear about is awesome
Empress Constance: YES and learning from each other which I think is the best way
Ms Ann’s steph: Do you believe there is anything abnormal for a guy to cross dress, or desire to be a sissy, or even perhaps wanting to be a real girl?
Empress Constance: Not at all…I look at it as it is in a part of you…I believe that if you desire something that will make you happy and it is not hurtful to others then do it
Empress Constance: I believe in being who you are
Empress Constance: I do not believe you should jump into becoming a full time girl without soul searching, some things just are not reversible
Ms Ann’s steph: I have read your blog.. and have read that you do believe in being who you are….
Ms Ann’s steph: What is your experience or association with sissies?
Empress Constance: well I have been in a relationship where a man enjoyed cross dressing…and I also have a pre op friend
Empress Constance: and of course all you lovely ladies

Ms Ann’s steph: hmmm a man enjoyed crossdressing… is that as in past tense??

Empress Constance: yes, he liked to wear panties and lingerie

Ms Ann’s steph: did he suddenly stop? was there a reason?
Empress Constance: no I think he does to this day him and I just happened to go our separate ways
Ms Ann’s steph: I’ve noticed that when there are new people out there trying to decide who they are, one of the first questions they begin to ask is what is a cross dresser, what is a sissy, What would be your explanation or definition..? sometimes people don’t understand the differences
Empress Constance: cross dresser is simply that in my experience they are a man who enjoys the feeling of soft sexy things on them

Empress Constance: anyways crossdressers are just into the clothes and the makeup and sissy girls are into being a full fledged girl they want to live every day as much as possible as a girl they tend to be flamboyant and flirty
Empress Constance: most sissy girls like men and want to be wanted and looked upon as women
Ms Ann’s steph: giggles.. am I flamboyant and flirty?
Empress Constance: yes
Ms Ann’s steph: there are some good explanations of what a sissy is from several of the Mistresses of LDW. I agree with you what you include on your blog about not pretending to living a life that does not make you happy and deny the life you KNOW will. And to stop worrying about so much about other hang ups and the way society looks at a certain group don’t let the closed minded people of the world ruin your life.. after all it is YOUR life….
Ms Ann’s steph: Do you see a male dressing in female clothes rather flattering?
Empress Constance: flattering hmmmm not sure but I find it sexy, erotic, and intriguing.  I look at it in a way that I can understand wanting to feel as a woman and dress like one.  I know how good it feels to slip something soft and sexy on so I look at it is like a GOOD FOR YOU type thing

Besides panties.. what other female items should a sissy wear?

Empress Constance: and other things a sissy should wear are….bra/tankinis…stockings a must
Empress Constance: perfume always smell pretty
Empress Constance: slips
Empress Constance: heels
Empress Constance: makeup lipstick
Empress Constance: garter belts if you wear thigh highs
Ms Ann’s steph: Should sissies wear panties 24/7?
Empress Constance: and I don’t believe in this I have 3 pairs of panties if you’re a sissy you should have a proper supply of girly things.
Empress Constance: yes
Empress Constance: I believe so and there is never a situation that you cant
Empress Constance: panties can be concealed under boy clothes
Ms Ann’s steph: Should sissies go shopping for these things themselves…..
Empress Constance: yes
Ms Ann’s steph: Hmmm I have a large collection of panties…
Empress Constance: part of being a sissy and enjoying a sissy lifestyle is going out emerging yourself in girly things and shopping for yourself

Ms Ann’s steph: any suggestions of where a sissy could shop for these things.. on line or in person?
Empress Constance: well VS is the obvious choice but also any major department store
Empress Constance: macys is a very good store have a great sexy selection
Empress Constance: I also like fredricks of holly wood
Empress Constance: and most of these major stores have web sites
Ms Ann’s steph: Emerging yourself? such as wearing as much girly things as possible ….daily?
Ms Ann’s steph: and having the mannerisms?
Empress Constance: Emerging yourself in the panty section that type of emerging
Empress Constance: yes behaving lady like is important
Ms Ann’s steph: even when using the ladies room?
Empress Constance: yes always sit
Empress Constance: as a lady does

Ms Ann’s steph: If a sissy is married or has a girlfriend, should they be open and honest from the beginning, or should they hold it all inside? and if they are caught, what should they do?
Empress Constance: I say be up front and honest
Empress Constance: and if caught come clean

Empress Constance: they need to explain it is by no actions or lack of actions on their woman’s part that made them this way
Empress Constance: and explain how this is just a deep desire you need to be happy and whole
Ms Ann’s steph: If a sissy has a wife or girlfriend that have openly accepted them as a sissy, what would be the next step?
Ms Ann’s steph: hmmm happy and whole.. I can certainly understand that….
Empress Constance: whatever feels right for that sissy
Empress Constance: if that means look into a full transformation then fine
Empress Constance: or if it simply means living as a woman inside the home
Empress Constance: whatever feels right to those involved
Empress Constance: the next step is not always the same for everyone
Ms Ann’s steph: agree with not the same for everyone..
Ms Ann’s steph: each situation is different….

Ms Ann’s steph: Many sissies or crossdressers go through a ritual of purging, (sometimes out of fear of being caught), what would your suggestion be to those that go through this ritual.. or those that think of purging….?
Empress Constance: it is expensive to purge
Empress Constance: I suggest that you just get a storage unit and store it all and after a certain amount of time has passed and if your sissy feelings and desires were just a passing thing then get rid of them but at least when you cant fight the feelings any more and want to explore being a sissy again you have them
Ms Ann’s steph: Yes, it is expensive.. and exhaustive…. Great Advice

Empress Constance.. thank you   For someone that is new to being a sissy… and are searching for a mistress.. what is the proper way to approach and address a Empress or Mistress….
Empress Constance: first of all be respectful at all times…tell them up front your new to the idea and then let the mistress lead from there
Empress Constance: they should follow your example steph
Ms Ann’s steph: awwww blushes.. Empress Constance.. thank you. That is so very kind of you….

Ms Ann’s steph: Is that the same advice on how to approach the numerous and beautiful Empresses and Mistresses of LDW in approaching and building a relationship?
Empress Constance: well yes except remember their time is precious and in order to build a strong lasting one you should really be doing sessions…so much can be learned and taught with the spoken word, so much more so then a chat here or there
Empress Constance: and if you cant afford it save for it
Empress Constance: because the experience is worth it
Ms Ann’s steph: that is definitely sound advice….again thank you…

Ms Ann’s steph: If you were to have a sissy to spend 24 hours with you.. how would you envision spending the 24 hrs?
Empress Constance: we would start out with an inspection …being sure my sissy is up to standards like shaved and such…then it would be planned for a salon day and lunch with my girl friends to introduce you, followed by shopping.
Empress Constance: then it would be spending the evening at home looking after all domestic duties as a lady of the house should
Empress Constance: and then out for a late dinner and cocktails, enjoying my sissy in public dressed fine and being free
Ms Ann’s steph: hmmmm wow…sounds like something I would enjoy very much…
Ms Ann’s steph: you mentioned shaved.. should sissies shave or wax?… personally… for myself.. I prefer waxing
Empress Constance: I don’t care…as long as the end result is smooth all over
Ms Ann’s steph: There is one standard question.. for me to ask in my interviews….am hesitant in asking as I understand several have just returned from Vegas.. but will go ahead… if you could spend 24 hrs with one of the beautiful ladies of LDW, who would you select, and what would you do in those 24 hrs…

Empress Constance: I cant pick just one and the time I spent with several of the ladies was amazing from dinner….to shopping to the strip club
